Can these pieces be put in the dishwasher ?

All my handmade pieces are fired to stoneware temperature; they are dishwasher safe under usual tableware cycles but please do so with care, over a longer period some glazes may be affected by harsher dishwasher cycles.
Can they be microwaved?

Please avoid using in the microwave oven, there is a high metal content in the clay and in some glazes.
Are the pots oven / freezer proof ?

Stoneware pots should be fine in the oven but are best warmed to higher temperatures slowly. Thermal shock can result from putting cold pieces into hot ovens. Please also avoid freezing.
Vases

Even vitrified ceramic ware may still ‘sweat’ when holding water over a long period of time so I recommend that all vases are placed on coasters to avoid marks on table surfaces.
I have an issue with my ceramic piece, what should I do?

Should you have any issues with your ceramics during usage please do let me know as with all handmade ceramics some faults and flaws are unavoidable and I will be happy to replace or refund if issues have occurred during reasonable & normal usage.
My item has arrived broken

Please do contact me within 3 days of receipt if you have received a broken item, I will happily refund or (if possible) replace it. I try package items as well as possible but with all ceramics damage can occur during shipping.
